In order to play the Tennis Fantasy Tour game, you will need to create an account and agree to the Account Holder Terms & Conditions. The Account Holder Terms & Conditions will be provided to you during the account sign up process and will always be available from your account page once you have signed up for an account. Any and all tennis data or statistics used in the provision of the Tennis Fantasy Tour game (e.g. match results, fixtures, rankings, tournament schedules, player performance data, etc.) are made available to us for our use on the Website by our supplier(s)/licensor(s) who are responsible for the collection of all such data.

Except for where it is stated to the contrary, Tennis Fantasy Tour grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right and licence to:
